Day 4.

Hello reader once again. Sadly, this is the last day of my final blog post. Our cabin woke up at 6:50 even though we were supposed to set up breakfast at 4:45! Luckily, I didn't have to set up breakfast today since I set it up yesterday. We had the regular- cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, milk, orange juice, and water. Also, today is Amelia's birthday!

After breakfast, we went to the MCC and learned about Maryam Mirzakhani. She was born in 1977 and was the first female recipient of the Fields Medal in 2014. She participated in the 1994 and 1995 math Olypiad.  Maryam has a husband and a daughter.

In our morning sessions, we learned more about probability, Sierpinski's triangle, we graphed a Christmas tree on our calculators,we estimated the weight of a key chain, we discussed the Monty Hall problem, Pokemon go, and Dr. Jessica Lin talked about game theory.

Bye forever!
Side note: My friend Emma is a potato. My friend Meaghan is a tofu square. My friend Jessica is a spring egg roll. I am a meaty steak.

  1. Hello Kennedi!

Congratulations for maintaining your blog! It was only for a short time but there was a lot of activity at camp and I'm sure that the temptation to "skip the blog post today" presented itself daily. Great job for making good decisions Kennedi - we're very proud of you!

Can't wait to see you tomorrow, enjoy your last nite with all of your new friends :)
