7-20-16
Day 3.

Welcome reader. We are here once again. This morning, I got up around 6:30 (our whole cabin did even though we were supposed to get up at 6:15 lolz) Some of the girls in our cabin set up breakfast for everyone in the camp even though we were not fully awake. Our breakfast included the usual- Cereal, bagels, yogurt, granola bars, milk, water, and oatmeal.

We then were zoomed to MCC. At the MCC, we learned about Maria Agnesi. Maria was born in May 16, 1718. She was a child prodigy. Even though, she did not like public speaking, her dad encouraged her to do so. Out of the great and well spoken speeches, at the age of 20, Maria had her speeches published in a book called 'Propositiones Philosophicae." Maria had 21 siblings, not including herself. Maria's mother died so since she was the oldest child, she was the "mother" of the family. Maria died in January 9, 1799.

After we learned about Maria, we learned about factorials, talked more about the fundamental counting system, talked more about Pascal's triangle, learned about Leonardo Fibonacci and Fibonacci numbers, the golden ratio, pentominoes, the zika virus, and played the game mastermind. You can play mastermind here.

Well I have to go now , but I will write to you tomorrow. Bye!

Side note: My friend Emma is a potato. My friend Meaghan is a tofu square. I am a meaty steak.
